BCW Scholarship এর Form Fillup করার জন্য Online Application for Scholarship for Studies (OASIS) - http://oasis.gov.in/ এই ওয়েবসাইট থেকে Form Fillup করে নিম্নলিখিত তথ্য গুলি জমা করতে হবে – 

1.  Online Form Printout with colour photo.

2.  Current Mobile no. (write it in the 1^st page of the form) & Signature.

3.  Current Income Certificate.

4.  Bank Passbook Front page xerox copy.

5.  Last Pass Marksheetxerox copy.

For 1^st Yr Students – H.S. Marksheet

For 2^nd Yr Students – Sem-I & Sem-II Marksheets

For 3^rd Yr Students – Sem-III & Sem-IV Marksheets

6.  Caste Certificate xerox copy.

7.  Aadhaar Card xerox copy.

8.  College Red Card / Fees Book both side xerox copy.

9.  Xerox copy of Verified Registration Form 22-23 (Only for 1^st Yr. 22-23 students).
