3.     Current Income Certificate (Original).

4.     Bank Passbook Front page xerox copy.

5.     Last Pass Marksheet xerox copy.

For 1^st Yr Students – H.S. Marksheet

For 2^nd Yr Students – Sem-I & Sem-II Marksheets

For 3^rd Yr Students – Sem-III & Sem-IV Marksheets

6.     Caste Certificate xerox copy (if any).

7.     Aadhaar Card xerox copy.

8.     College Red Card / Fees Book both side xerox copy

9.    Verified Registration Form 22-23 (Only for 1^st Yr. 22-23 students)

10.  Current Mobile no. (write it in the 1^st page of the form).
