1.        Xerox Copy of H.S. Mark sheets 3 Copies.

2.        Xerox Copy of Registration Certificate 3 Copies.

3.        2 copies of Passport Size photos & Library Clearance.

4.        Acknowledgement Card (RED CARD/ FEES BOOK).

Date of Filling of Forms with Late Fine of Rs. 2000/-, as directed by WBSU 30/05/18 to 01/06/18.
