17-18	K1 New	01-04-2000 TO 31.03.2005	Please provide a written from your previous school, that you didn’t get any rupees from Kanyashree Scheme.
17-18	K1 Renewal	01-04-2000 TO 31.03.2005	Transfer your Kanyashree ID From Previous School.
18-19	K2	01-04-2000 TO 31.03.2001	Transfer your Kanyashree ID From Previous School.
18-19	K1 New	01-04-2001 TO 31.03.2006	Please provide a written from your previous school, that you didn’t get any rupees from Kanyashree Scheme.
18-19	K1 Renewal	01-04-2001 TO 31.03.2006	Transfer your Kanyashree ID From Previous School.

Documents needed:

1. Birth Certificate Xerox copy.

2. Recent Passport Photo.

3. Current Family Income Certificate (Less than Rs. 1, 20, 000/-).

4. Unmarried Certificate.

5. Madhyamik Admit Card Xerox copy.

6. Bank Passbook Front Page Xerox copy.

7. Aadhar Card Xerox copy.

8. Caste Certificate Xerox copy (if any).

9. Father’s and Mother’s Voter Card Xerox copy.

10. Every documents needs to self-attested.
