·     Original & 2 pcs. xerox copy of SEM-I, 2018-19 mark sheet.

·  Review fees are to be submitted by the candidates through ATM Card/Credit Card/Net Banking of any Nationalised Bank with Mobile phones which are linked with his/her Bank account.
