• Take 3 copies Printout of the Exam Form.
• Xerox copy of SEM-I 2018-19 Marksheet & Xerox copy of Registration Certificate 2 copies.
• Library Clearance & Departmental Library Clearance.
• Acknowledgement Card (RED CARD/ FEES BOOK).
• Fill up the Online Feedback Form.
• Fill up the GUARDIAN’S FEEDBACK FORM.
