2.     1 (one) copy passport photo.

3.     2 (two) copies Xerox of P-I, P-II, P-III Marksheet.

4.     Acknowledgement Card (RED CARD/ FEES BOOK).

5.     Rs. 101/- Cash.

Duration of Fillup Forms Without Fine :  From 05-04-2021 to 23-04-2021.

Duration of Fillup Forms With Fine of Rs. 2000/- : From 26-04-2021 to 29-04-2021.
