2. Recent Passport Photo.

3. Current Family Income Certificate.

4. Unmarried Certificate.

5. Madhyamik Admit Card Xerox copy.

6. Bank Passbook Front Page Xerox copy.

7. Aadhar Card Xerox copy.

8. Caste Certificate Xerox copy (if any).

9. Every documents needs to self-attested by the student.

10. Father’s and Mother’s Voter Card Xerox copy (self-attested by Father’s & Mother’s).
