21-22	K1 (Renewal)	01-04-2004 TO 31.03.2009	Transfer your Kanyashree ID From Previous School.
22-23	K2	01-04-2004 TO 31.03.2005	Transfer your Kanyashree ID From Previous School.
22-23	K1 (Renewal)	01-04-2005 TO 31.03.2010	Transfer your Kanyashree ID From Previous School.

For taking K1 & K2 Forms follow this table

Documents needed:

1. Birth Certificate Xerox copy.

2. Recent Passport Photo.

3. Current Family Income Certificate.

4. Unmarried Certificate.

5. Madhyamik Admit Card Xerox copy.

6. Bank Passbook Front Page Xerox copy.

7. Aadhar Card Xerox copy.

8. Caste Certificate Xerox copy (if any).

9. Every documents needs to self-attested by the student.

10. Father’s and Mother’s Voter Card Xerox copy (self-attested by Father’s & Mother’s).
