1.     Take 3 copies Printout of the Exam Form.

2.     1 (one) Xerox copy of SEM-I Marksheet.

3.     Acknowledgement Card (RED CARD/ FEES BOOK).

4.     Payment receipt of deposited Admission fees & others fees.

Documents Needed for SEM-II CASUAL/Back log Candidates:-

1.     Take 3 copies Printout of the Exam Form.

2.     1 (one) copy passport photo.

3.     2 (two) copies Xerox of SEM-II Marksheet.

4.     Acknowledgement Card (RED CARD/ FEES BOOK).

5.     Rs. 101/- Cash.
