4.    Acknowledgement Card (RED CARD/ FEES BOOK) (for Regular Students only.)

5.    Fill up the Online Feedback Form.

1.     3 copies of SEM-I Marksheet & Registration Certificate.

2.     3 copies of Passport Size photos.

Last date of Verification (without fine):       From 18-11-2019 to 24-11-2019.

Form Fill up with Late Fine Rs.2000/- :         From26-11-2019 to 28-11-2019.
