4.  2 (two) copies Xerox of Sem-I, Sem-III, Sem-V Marksheet. (only for Backlog candidates.)

5.     Acknowledgement Card (RED CARD/ FEES BOOK).

6.     Rs. 101/- Cash. (only for Backlog candidates.)
