5.   Last Pass Marksheet xerox copy.

6.   Caste Certificate xerox copy (if any).

7.   Aadhaar Card xerox copy.

8.   College Red Card / Fees Book both side xerox copy

9.   Verified Registration Form 21-22 / Only for 1st Yr. 21-22 students).
